A Panama hat body is used to make our Bailey Keats. which is intricately woven with a diagonal venting pattern. No two are exactly alike. Blocked in our Pennsylvania factory with great skill and attention to detail. the finished hat has a 4 center dent crown. and is finished with a Japanese grosgrain band. removable feather. and black dipped signature Bailey nail. A fine woven sweatband has been sewn inside the hat. providing soft comfort and an excellent fit.
